If you were to pick a time of year to celebrate the love between two people you would probably choose February. Christmas is over, the Spring is as far away as last Summer, and the days are still mostly grey and as dull as dishwater. If ever there was a time that you needed to hold your loved one and tell them how much they mean to you, it must surely be now.

You might decide to stay in, cook dinner and then settle down in front of the gas fire and watch a romantic film. That’s a nice way to celebrate, as long as you haven’t been doing the same thing every year since you met. Unfortunately, then there’s the kitchen to clear up, probably plates to wash and being honest with yourself, that did take the shine off of ‘Romance’.

Take your partner out, enjoy a romantic meal and let us worry about cleaning up the kitchen. Better still, stay with us overnight in one of our sumptuous rooms, with more than the comfort of home.
